If our team is happy, our club thrives! • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day • Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes • Provide reception and services • Must be able to works nights and weekends depending on event Requirements • Proven event coordination experience • Excellent time management and communication skills • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships • Ability to manage multiple projects independently • Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM proficiency • Bachelors in Event Management, hospitality, or related field
