Job Summary: The Conference and Events Coordinator will report to the Catering and Conference Services Manger under the direction of the firm's Senior Conference and Events Manager and is primarily responsible for coordinating and executing on-site firm events. • Liaise with in-house catering regarding menu selections for meetings and events, as well as work with the Director of Operations on seasonal catering menus. • Ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; ability to work well as a team leader; ability to problem-solve. Ability to sit at a desk in front of a computer for the entire work day. • Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English.
