Event Coordinator-Office of Evangelization and Cathechesis

The Mary Mother of the Church Pastoral Center, located in St. Francis, is the main office for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. We are seeking an Events Coordinator to assist in the organization and execution of events and programs in the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis, supporting the leaders in child, adult, and marriage and family ministries, as well as providing support for the offices of Sustaining the Mission and the Lay Initiative. Responsibilities: • Coordinates and facilitates participant registrations, communication, promotion, and post-event follow-up • Provides administrative support to the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis, including basic bookkeeping and reports for review by the Director • Collaborates with the Director and Associate Directors and assist in planning events, programs, and meetings • Schedules events, secures venues, logistics for space, equipment, food, materials, etc. Frequent evening and weekend work. Occasional weekend and evening assignments and some travel is required.
