The HandleBar Hangar team is a group of locals looking to do things differently, to bring unique new experiences that bring groups of people together to have fun. We've been around the block a time or two with our HandleBar Pedal Pubs, and we've gotten traction with our 7,500 SF Hangar venue in downtown Indy. About the role:
You sell corporate outings, networking events, venue rentals, teambuilding, and then work WITH our organizers to help bring their unique ideas to life. You'll take ownership over the entire Venue Rental Journey from Initial guest perception, outreach, lead handling, event coordination and planning with each organizer, and event execution. Expect not to be tightly managed. We want an individual who takes charge and is excited by the freedom afforded by a small, fast and nimble team. You can expect to receive continual feedback to help grow personally and professionally (and we expect you to do the same for us!). The right candidate will be excited by non-standard upside probably dissimilar to industry "norms".
