We provide our clients with support from a full-service, in-house Production Department that provides technical equipment including concert audio, lighting, truss, and... rigging, as well as the largest fleet of Stageline Mobile Stages on the East Coast. • Event Planning: The Event Manager will assist the Event Services Manager with the planning, preparation, execution, and wrap up of special events and projects including assisting with coordinating vendors and contractors, equipment ordering, permitting, creation of layouts and maps, coordinating hospitality, creating and updating paperwork, scheduling, advancing, research, as well as other duties as assigned. The Event Manager may occasionally work with artists and other creatives and professionals to install their work. This position may occasionally be required to operate technical equipment such as audio, lighting, projection, etc. • Excellent leadership and the ability to effectively manage a team and work well within a close management team.
