Event Operations Coordinator

Mariano Events is a national experiential marketing agency specializing in in-store sampling, merchandising, and data-driven “taste-touch-try” activations for leading and emerging food & beverage brands across major U.S. grocery retailers.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support the execution and operational management of nationwide campaigns from our East Rochester, NY office.

Position Overview

The Event Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting campaign execution, logistics, and field operations. This position works closely with internal teams to ensure events are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with retailer and client requirements.

This is a part-time, in-office role with clear opportunity for growth as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for nationwide sampling and merchandising campaignsSupport scheduling, event setup details, and shipping timelinesAssist with field ambassador onboarding, communication, and supportTrack event recaps, documentation, and compliance requirementsMaintain accuracy in internal dashboards, schedules, and workflowsSupport process improvements and operational efficiencies

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in event coordination, operations, logistics, or agency supportStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools preferredExperience in CPG, retail, or experiential marketing is a plus
