Event Operations Coordinator

The Event Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in the planning and coordination of events related to the 2026 NCAA Men's Final Four. This position will involve developing and executing events leading up to and during the tournament, serving as a key member of the Local Organizing Committee. The coordinator will work closely with the Tournament Director, Indiana Sports Corp staff, and other Local Organizing Committee members to ensure a shared vision for the event. Additionally, the coordinator will lead the planning and execution of monthly meetings with the NCAA and key partners, assist with Local Organizing Committee meetings, and participate in warehouse logistics and management. , • 2+ years prior experience in event planning and execution, marketing, communications, or social media management.
