Type: Contract This is a fully onsite, contract position near Hamilton, NJ. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, client events, and internal functions • Manage all event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, and accommodations • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, venues, and internal teams • Coordinate on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown • Track event details, contracts, and post-event follow-up activities • Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues as they arise • Ensure events align with company branding, objectives, and quality standards Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in event planning, event coordination, or a similar role • Proven experience managing multiple events and deadlines simultaneously • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work fully onsite near Hamilton, NJ • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with event management tools is a plus • Ability to lift and move light event materials as needed and be on your feet during events
