### What You’ll Do
* Manage incoming event leads and turn them into booked business
* Plan and coordinate **birthday parties, company outings, school events, and private celebrations**
* Serve as the main point of contact for guests—before, during, and after events
* Create event timelines, menus, and layouts while keeping everything organized
* Work alongside our catering, operations, and amusements teams to deliver flawless events
* Be on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
* Promote events and specials to drive revenue and repeat business
* Deliver **exceptional guest service** every step of the way
### What We’re Looking For
* Experience in **event planning, hospitality, catering, or sales**
* Highly organized with strong follow-through
* Great communicator who builds strong client relationships
* Able to multitask in a busy environment
* Comfortable working toward sales goals
* Professional, friendly, and team-focused
* **Must be available weekends and event hours**
