This role will act as the liaison between the Beverage Concierge, and venue level hourly staff, and the Venue Manager to ensure venue packages and service workflows are executed appropriately. · Venue liaison for clients upon booking and ensure less than a one business day response time to client emails or phone calls · Knowledgeable in venue services, operations, and contract terms to ensure event success · Organize and host venue community & marketing events, as well as Walk-through Wednesdays · Strong knowledge of social media platforms
