Responsibilities may include sales calls, meeting with brides, managing wedding set-up and flow and all customer service relationships. Requirements: Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Specific Duties include but are not limited to: o Develop sales through relationship building with venues and planners o Network at industry events and other gatherings o Develop sales strategies for weddings and corporate events o Implement social media (facebook, Instagram and google pages) and execute strategy o Meet with potential clients, help determine client needs, get contracts, prepare wedding cycle from beginning to end being the number one contact for the client at all times. o Identify trends, research the competitions products, services and pricing and use it to develop strategic business plans o Manage event staff and be problem solver + liason when owner needs to be involved o Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
