We are seeking a Wedding & Event Planning Associate to support the planning, production, and execution of weddings and events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the lead planner throughout the planning processAssist with event logistics, timelines, and organizational tasksCommunicate with vendors, venues, and event partnersAttend planning meetings, site visits, and walkthroughsAssist with event setup, styling, and productionProvide on-site support during weddings and eventsHelp ensure a seamless experience for clients and guestsAssist with administrative and operational tasks as neededThe Ideal CandidateHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailProfessional and confident communicatorAble to work independently and anticipate needsComfortable working evenings, weekends, and event daysPassionate about hospitality, weddings, and eventsExperience in events, hospitality, customer service, or related fields preferredWhat Makes This Role UniqueThis position offers hands-on experience in luxury weddings, destination events, and multicultural celebrations while working alongside an experienced planner and designer.
