Event Planning & Management Intern

Role Overview Event Logistics • Sponsor Support: Setting up activations for sponsors and ensuring that activations run smoothly • Checkin/checkout: Manage crowd flow in and out of the festival, ensuring that attendees have wrist bands intact, and understand the flow of the festival space • Security Planning: Work with Volunteer Leads and Founder to confirm security plan and logistics, and that all security personnel are supported and accounted for throughout the festival • Rain plan: Work with Volunteer Leads to develop and execute Rain Plan, in the event of inclement weather • Setup and breakdown: Create plans for the setup and breakdown of the festival to make these processes as efficient as possible.
