The role of a Wedding Specialist at The Woodcliff Hotel is a vital position dedicated to making every couple's wedding day an unforgettable experience. Serving as trusted partners, Wedding Specialists guide couples and their families through each phase of the wedding planning journey with personalized attention, creativity, and expert knowledge. This hands-on role involves coordinating all aspects of wedding events within our full-service hotel, from the ceremony and reception to guest accommodations and dining. The Wedding Specialist builds meaningful relationships with couples, offering tailored solutions and seamless service that reflect each couple's unique vision and preferences. Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
Minimum of three (3) years in hotel or conference Catering/Sales
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Negotiating skills
Strong computer skills
Must have flexible work hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
