Event Producer – Virtual, Hybrid & Live Events (Onsite - New York, NY OR San Francisco, CA) We are seeking an experienced Event Producer – Virtual, Hybrid & Live Events to lead the production and execution of high-profile enterprise events, including executive town halls, earnings broadcasts, leadership summits, conferences, and hybrid meetings for our global retail client. This role owns the end-to-end event production lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver polished, engaging, and technically flawless experiences. This is a 40-hour per week, 6-month contract (possible extension), an onsite role in New York, NY OR San Francisco, CA. This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Requirements: ● 5–8 years of experience in corporate event production, live broadcast production, or virtual event management.
