Your contributions will be central to the success of our events which will require managing the logistics for conferences and CoinDesk webinars, handling data integration, and supporting VIP communications with senior executives from leading financial institutions. • Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth execution across production timelines, data integration, and communications efforts. • Prior experience interfacing with C-Suite/Executive-level clients, Corporate VIPs, and internal Senior Leadership stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment.
