It is not a 9 to 5. Is genuinely good with numbers and detail, not just comfortable with spreadsheets but someone who catches errors and thinks in costs and quantities naturallyCommunicates in flawless written and spoken English at a professional level appropriate to premium clients and luxury brandsIs visually capable, comfortable with Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools to produce clean presentations and documentsThrives under pressure and finds problem solving energizing rather than stressfulIs physically capable and not precious about doing whatever the job requires, from lifting and loading to late nights and early morningsIs adaptable, calm, and resourceful when things do not go to plan, which in events is alwaysTakes pride in the quality of their work and holds themselves to a high standard without being told to Attend all onsite production days including load-ins, show days, and strikesSupport crew management and vendor coordination onsite under direction of lead producerAssist with installation, quality control walkthroughs, and setup detailsBe available for early mornings, late nights, and weekends based on the event scheduleTravel domestically and occasionally internationally for events as requiredCreative and Visual This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Availability for confirmed client events is a core requirement of this role.
