Event Production Manager

As a member of the company’s leadership team, this position is responsible for all day-to-day production operations and logistics, ensuring smooth, efficient and safe practices that exceed client expectations for successful events. Direct reports include all front of house events staff, warehouse manager, staffing coordinator, production specialists and 3rd party vendors brought in for event production (bar, party rentals, prop companies, etc. Salary range for this position is $70,000 to 80, 0000 with monthly, quarterly and yearly bonus opportunity of up to $25,000. ● As needed, oversee the work of Equipment Manager (larger events) to ensure their success in advance of events and onsite to ensure alignment with timelines, equipment needs, and general Smashing Dishes/Tony Caters & client expectations
