The position of Events Project Coordinator is vital to the success of the organization’s numerous community events. Beyond pre-event planning and coordination, the selected candidate will provide direct support on event days. • three plus years of relevant experience in events or a related role • experience supporting day-of event execution and logistics • ability to travel within the Portland Metro Area • strong project and process management skills • proficiency with project management or event planning software • availability to work occasional off-hours or weekends • ability to work full-time on-site in Northwest Portland
