Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking an Event Promotions Assistant to help coordinate promotional events, engage with attendees, and support brand awareness activities. This role is ideal for energetic, organized individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and want to develop practical experience in event operations and promotions.

Responsibilities
----------------

* Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events.
* Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations.
* Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities.
* Distribute approved promotional materials.
* Assist with event registration and attendee coordination.
* Help organize promotional supplies and equipment.
* Engage professionally with attendees and answer general questions.
* Coordinate with team members to support event schedules and activities.
* Maintain organized event spaces and materials.
* Provide event updates and assist with post-event organization.
* Perform additional promotional and event-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
* Good organizational and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to adapt to changing event needs.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
* Availability for occasional evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
* Previous event, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
