With 80 taps, live music, and a unique atmosphere, we’re a top destination for corporate events, private parties, wedding groups, and full-venue buyouts. We’re looking for a hungry, high-performing Event Sales & Marketing Manager to help us dominate the private event space. Position Overview What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in hospitality/event sales, preferably with F&B focus - 2 to 3 years minimum • A closer’s mentality — someone who thrives on hitting goals and earning commission • Strong knowledge of private event sales cycles, contracts, and logistics • Comfortable with outbound cold outreach and lead generation • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Experience working with restaurant or venue operations teams • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, CRM tools, basic design tools a plus • Well-organized, energetic, self-motivated
