Our premier hospitality company, a global leader in the event industry, is seeking an Event Services Manager to join the opening leadership team at a new luxury events venue in New York City. Lead, schedule, and supervise hourly, full-time, part-time, and temporary event staff.Coach and develop team members while reinforcing high hospitality and service standards.Balance staffing needs with event volume and labor expectations. 3+ years of leadership experience in event operations, hospitality, or venue management.Experience leading teams in a high-volume event environment.Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A calm, solutions-focused leadership style with a guest-first mindset.Familiarity with event logistics, vendor coordination, and venue operations.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.Ability to spend extended periods on your feet and assist with physical event setup when needed.Spanish language skills are a plus.
