Event Services Manager

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will assist in taking the lead in organizing all details related to group bookings, weddings, and catering events from the Sales Phase to the Post-Event Phase. Identify group guest needs and all sales opportunities. • Assist with training and development of team members to enhance performance and to meet the current and future needs of the department. • Previous experience as a Conference/Convention Services Manager, Event Planning Manager, or Group Rooms Coordinator preferred. • Provide constructive feedback to all departments and to hotel sales and marketing leaders.
