Event Services Production Coordinator

The Event Services Production Coordinator provides advanced technical and operational leadership for event production within the Rayburn Student Center (RSC). Working in collaboration with the Associate Director of Event Services, Building Operations, A/V Technology leadership, and campus partners, this role supervises student event technicians, maintains production equipment, ensures compliance with safety and risk standards, and supports high-profile institutional programs. Client Consultation & Event Design • Meet with clients to determine event goals, staging needs, sound reinforcement, lighting, livestreaming, and specialty equipment requirements. • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in event production, audio-visual operations, or technical event management.
