Duties
• Assist with the timely setup and breakdown of event spaces, including staging, seating, lighting, and audio-visual equipment
• Ensure all event components are assembled correctly according to specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with event managers and vendors to confirm setup requirements and troubleshoot on-site issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, equipment, and venue spaces before, during, and after events
• Conduct safety inspections of equipment and setup areas to prevent accidents or damages
• Follow detailed instructions to execute setup plans efficiently while adhering to timelines
• Support team members in moving heavy or bulky items safely using proper techniques and equipment

• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting others
• Attention to detail to ensure all setups meet quality standards and client expectations
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and vendors effectively
• Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely while maintaining flexibility for dynamic event needs
• Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment, staging tools, or construction is a plus but not required
• Punctuality and reliability to ensure timely completion of setup tasks in a fast-paced environment
