Event Specialist

Weston Corporate Services (WCS) is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Event Specialist to support the operations of Rio Plaza Events and other WCS event initiatives. The Event Specialist will assist with event preparation, venue setup, inventory organization, equipment maintenance, and general operational support. While this position is not responsible for selling or planning events, it plays an important role in ensuring events are executed efficiently and that our venues consistently meet WCS standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in organization and wants to be involved behind the scenes in weddings, corporate events, cooking classes, and other special events.
