Event Staff

We are seeking reliable, energetic, and professional Event Support Staff to assist with a variety of events throughout New York City. Responsibilities Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, décor, signage, and equipment Support caterers with food service preparation and event operations Assist event coordinators and event owners with logistical needs throughout the event Help direct guests and provide general event assistance Monitor event spaces to ensure cleanliness and organization Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and packing materials after the event Load and unload supplies and equipment as needed Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the event team Qualifications Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous event, hospitality, catering, or customer service experience is a plus but not required Must be authorized to work in the United States
