The Events Administrative Temp will work with the Events & Activations staff under the direction of the Associate Director of Events & Activations, focusing on the National Dinner, HRC's largest fundraising event in the country, as well as Chefs for Equality and other Dinner events across the country. Events Administrative Temp must be extremely proactive, detail oriented, with database experience and demonstrate aptitude to handle a multitude of details simultaneously. This is a six-month in-person position beginning in late June/ early July 2026 and ending in December 2026. Participate as an integral part of the Events program, with responsibilities including: Responsible for procurement of items for the Silent Auction, including mailed, in-person and phone solicitation to new and former participating businesses. Serve as support staff at the National Dinner and Chefs for Equality events (set-up and during the event) and at other events as needed.
