Events and Communication Manager

Proven ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns and fundraising events that drive engagement and revenue. Position Responsibilities Public Relations, Marketing, and Communications Develop and execute a marketing and communications strategy aligned with Family Services’ mission and fundraising goals. Events Management Develop and implement a strategic vision for agency events that aligns with fundraising and engagement goals. Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of major agency events in collaboration with the VP of Philanthropy, including but not limited to: Family of the Year Dinner Fifty2 End Stigma Report to the Community Luncheon Press conferences, ribbon cuttings, and other community events Oversee event sponsorships and in-kind donations, ensuring sponsors receive all benefits and recognition. Corporate Sponsorship and Fund Development In partnership with the VP for Philanthropy, develop and execute a corporate sponsorship program, including outreach, benefits, and long-term relationship-building.
