Events and Communication Manager

Title: Salary: Status: Supervisor: Events Management • Develop and implement a strategic vision for agency events that aligns with fundraising and engagement goals • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of major agency events in collaboration with the VP of Philanthropy, including but not limited to: • Family of the Year Dinner • Fifty2 End Stigma • Report to the Community Luncheon • Press conferences, ribbon cuttings, and other community events • Oversee event sponsorships and in-kind donations, ensuring sponsors receive all benefits and recognition • Develop and track event revenue goals, manage budgets, and analyze event effectiveness through data and metrics • Collaborate with Board members, volunteers, and stakeholders to enhance event engagement and fundraising success • Lead event logistics, including guest lists, staffing, and execution to ensure seamless experiences • Assist in donor cultivation events to strengthen relationships and increase agency funding
