The Events and Weddings Associate is an integral member of the Rockefeller Chapel administrative staff, planning and managing a wide range of events within Rockefeller and Bond Chapels. Reporting to the Events Manager, the Events and Weddings Associate has the following responsibilities. • Works with Events Manager on planning and executing complex events, including convocations, concerts, memorials, and other events as assigned. • Works with Chapel Administrator and Social Media Intern to advertise and promote events to the UChicago and greater Hyde Park communities. • Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
