Events Assistant

World of Illumination (WOI) is seeking an energetic, growth-focused, and hands-on Events Assistant to help power the seamless execution of our productions and create unforgettable experiences for every guest we touch. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is eager to build a career in live event operations and production. The Events Assistant provides administrative and operational support across the Event House division, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of live events, and productions. A background or demonstrated interest in lighting and technical event systems is preferred. • Serve as a hands-on support resource during live events, stepping into operational or technical roles as needed to address staffing gaps and evolving production needs.
