The Event Planning Coordinator provides essential administrative and logistical support to the Event Planning Managers to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of group programs and events. This position acts as a central communication hub between clients, Event Planning Managers, and internal resort departments, ensuring that every detail aligns with Miraval's commitment to excellence, wellness, and guest experience. The Event Planning Coordinator reports directly to the Resort Manager and collaborates closely with the Event Planning team, Sales team, and operational departments to ensure flawless event delivery. • Liaise with Culinary, Spa, Programming, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other teams to confirm event readiness and guest satisfaction. • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism in client and internal interactions.
