This includes events held at OneGroup’s Education Center, in addition to handling all ticketed events, sales meetings, special events, webinars, seminars, and promotional items. Specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Manage external events which include conferences, trade shows, seminars, golf outings, meetings or any other company function. Experience/Skills • 2+ years’ experience in community relations with demonstrated current contacts in the community • 2+ years’ event planning experience including multiple events simultaneously and demonstrate ability to create and manage large-scale events • Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing and the confident to make new connections at every level from office staff to CEO. Travel And Time Flexibility • May require overnight travel for event functions • Extended travel may be required to attend community events, committee meetings and other meetings as needed which is typically less than 30% of the job requirement • Internal and external events may often require hours that extend past the typical business day The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
