Event Coordinator The Event Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for all group and social events at the resort and waterpark. This role partners closely with the sales, operations, and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution of birthday parties, pool parties, cabana rentals, family reunions, and special events. Coordinate and verify all event details including: Food and beverage service, Cabana reservations for events, Room and venue requirements (lighting, temperature, AV, internet, dcor) Entertainment, waterpark activities, and leisure experiences Billing and final invoicing Ensure all site inspections and client tours are successful by communicating event details to all departments in advance. Establish strong client relationships and remain readily available during events to ensure satisfaction. Ensure all BEOs are accurate and distributed to departments in a timely manner.
