Events Coordinator

Provides lead support and coordination through customer service to university groups and external constituents for conferences and meetings within the Thompson Student Center and outdoor spaces including but not limited to: set-up/tear-down of event fixtures; coordination, maintenance and repair of A/V (audio/visual) equipment (including support and instruction on equipment use); monitoring/maintaining of facilities before and during events. Responsibilities • 50% Provides support and coordination to university groups and external constituents for conferences/meetings/events within the Thompson Student Center including but not limited to: Set-up/tear-down for events including tables, chairs, staging, and dance floor (as needed). The target base annual salary is commensurate with experience with a target base salary range of $41,000 - $45,100 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
