Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator/Customer Experience Specialist at Michaels in Scranton, PA. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating events such as kids' birthday parties and craft classes while delivering exceptional customer service. • Communicate events with clients and store team members. • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards. • The ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests of all ages and co-workers.
