Events Coordinator

As an Events Coordinator at Michaels Inc., you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and facilitating events within our stores to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. You will deliver friendly customer service by helping customers shop at our store and find what they're looking for, ensuring all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Additionally, you will communicate events with clients and store team members, complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls, and adjust plans and events based on client feedback and needs. You will also ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events, uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards, and participate in daily store cleanliness activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, experience working with children and children's events, good communication skills, and organizational skills.
