This full‑time position can be based in a US hub or remote within the United States.What you’ll do at FigmaBuild and scale operational systems and processes to support Figma’s growing experiential marketing teamOwn and manage end‑to‑end event technology for Tier 1 events, including registration platforms and reportingEstablish best practices for event planning, execution, and post‑event analysis to improve efficiency and consistency across programsDevelop and track key event metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, pipeline impact), and partner cross‑functionally to measure successOwn relationships with event technology and production vendors, ensuring seamless execution and continuous optimizationOwn planning and execution of key work streams, like registration framework and strategy, for our annual user conference, ConfigSupport strategy and execution of smaller‑scale community events, developer events, and third‑party sponsor shipsSupport on‑site execution, including logistics, run‑of‑show management, and post‑event retrospectivesWe’d love to hear from you if you have5+ years of experience in event production, event technology, event marketing, or related fieldsStrong experience building or improving event operations, systems, and processesExcellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with marketing, partnerships, and brand teamsFamiliarity with Figma and a strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach; you’re comfortable switching between high‑level planning and detailed executionA passion for creating meaningful attendee experiences and a deep familiarity with event tech stack optimization and integrationsPay Transparency DisclosureIf based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
