In addition to overseeing day-to-day event operations, the Events Manager is responsible for developing and continuously improving event programs, operating standards, and service delivery practices to ensure a seamless and elevated experience for all stakeholders. Develop, implement, and continuously enhance meeting and event programs, standard operating procedures, service standards, and execution protocols.Establish scalable event processes that support operational excellence and align with client objectives.Analyze event feedback, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.Event Planning & Execution Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, event hosts, executives, and business partners regarding meetings and events.Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven service experience, including white-glove support for executive and high-profile events.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain a thorough understanding of business priorities and event requirements.Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Vendor & Financial Management The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
