• Provide on-site support during events, including evenings and weekends • Support marketing efforts including social media content capture • Assist with email marketing, flyers, signage, and event promotions • Coordinate with local businesses and vendors before and during events • Help maintain event timelines, checklists, and marketing calendars • Perform general administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment • Social media savvy (Instagram & Facebook preferred) • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must • Prior experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or communications is a plus—but not required What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay • Hands-on experience in event planning and community marketing • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative environment • Exposure to local businesses and community partnerships • A fun, collaborative team atmosphere at one of the region’s most active town centers Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
