The Event & Venue Coordinator oversees all aspects of event planning and execution, serving as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through event completion. This role manages venue scheduling, client communications, event logistics, venue tours, emails, and marketing for both the venue and its affiliated catering restaurants - Tapas 177 & Sagra Italia. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to support event operations. Experience in event coordination, hospitality, venue management, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.
