The Senator John Heinz History Center, the largest history museum in Pennsylvania dedicated to history and an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution, is seeking an Event Operations Manager to join our dynamic Events Team. The Event Operations Manager will support the Events Director, Event Coordinators and other History Center staff in all areas related to the production of a wide range of facility rental events, including corporate receptions, galas, weddings, and other milestone celebrations, as well as Heinz History Center internal events and meetings. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in event execution, facility rental coordination and audio visual experience.
