** This position is fully remote; however, occasional domestic and international travel may be necessary to assist with on-site events. Provide comprehensive event support for a range of first- and third-party events, from intimate executive gatherings to large-scale events with over 100,000 attendees.Establish and manage Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes along with event planning workflows.Generate and distribute event communications such as T-minus emails, newsletters, stakeholder updates, and follow-ups after events.Oversee speaker logistics and manage content effectively.Lead sessions to prepare customers with essential event information.Ensure smooth on-site execution and provide operational support for events.Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.Assist in planning and design coordination for event booths when needed.Coordinate engaging experiences for executives and customers, including receptions and roundtable discussions.Track event metrics, measure ROI, and contribute to post-event reporting in all associated systems. 5+ years of experience in event coordination, event management, or program management, supporting cross-functional global teams and complex projects.Demonstrated project management expertise, with a strong attention to detail.Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills across teams.Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and competing demands.Experience with both first- and third-party events in the technology sector.Highly proactive with proven ability to prioritize and manage various tasks simultaneously.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.Experience in coordinating virtual events and using digital event platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Loop, Dynamics, and Azure DevOps is preferred.Familiarity with contract management and budget oversight.Knowledge of partner/channel programs and enterprise technology environments is a plus.Success in remote and globally distributed team settings. ** This pay range is specific to the client for the position advertised. The anticipated contract duration is until 6/30/27, with the possibility of extension.
