You’ll design and lead our in-person, and virtual events portfolio — ensuring every event drives brand visibility, pipeline, and customer engagement. Cross-Functional Alignment • Work with product & marketing to integrate product launches, executive presence, and key messaging into events • Partner with sales / CS to align on attendee targeting, agenda design, and conversion goals • Work with partnerships to co-host, co-promote, and build sponsor relationships Preferred: • Experience in SaaS or B2B tech companies • NYC-based or willing to work onsite as needed • Experience with hybrid / virtual event technology and execution • History of delivering events with measurable business impact (pipeline, brand lift, customer engagement) In the first 6–12 months, the Events Specialist will be evaluated on: • Number of events executed and quality of execution • Event-driven pipeline & leads attributable to events • Cost efficiency / margin per event • Adoption of event playbooks and scalable processes • Cross-functional satisfaction: alignment with sales, marketing, product
