Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator

Supporting the Executive Leadership Team in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Executive Assistant and Event Coordinator will manage calendars, coordinate company events, and enhance employee experiences while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support by managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements Plan and execute company events, ensuring creativity and alignment with corporate goals while managing vendor relationships Collaborate with the People Team to enhance candidate and employee experiences, including scheduling and communication follow-ups Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project/Events Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Experience with complex scheduling and calendar management Proficiency in productivity tools, such as Google Suite and Slack Experience managing events for 75+ attendees
