Dori Saves Lives is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2004 after the tragic loss of Dori Slosberg, daughter of former Florida State Representative Irv Slosberg. Open Roles • Fundraiser / Grant Writer • Research and write compelling grant proposals and sponsorship appeals • Build and maintain relationships with corporations, foundations, and private donors • Support sponsorship efforts for the annual statewide Drivers Ed Teachers Summit • Assist with donor relations, tracking, and reporting • Executive Assistant / Event Coordinator • Provide direct support to the Chairman • Coordinate statewide school assemblies and large-scale traffic-safety events • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and digital communication • Attend live transportation meetings in both the Florida Senate and House • Read and summarize proposed bills that could affect traffic safety Details • $25/hour • 20–30 hours per week • Some remote work possible (Tallahassee-based preferred) • Main Office: Boca Raton, Florida • Satellite Office: Tallahassee, Florida Send your résumé and a brief note about your interest in traffic safety to: (Please do not call or email the Dori Saves Lives office directly.)
