The Events & Media Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of high-impact events and manage digital engagement strategies across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Research and secure event venues with approval from the Director of Development and VP of Philanthropy • Develop comprehensive event plans for fundraising, community, and staff-focused events • Organize and manage volunteers to support various events • Supervise vendor arrivals and setups to ensure alignment with run-of-show and event goals • Assist with hands-on setup and breakdown of events, ensuring timely execution and cleanup • Manage all event details including tablecloths, flowers, signage, AV, caterer • Plan and confirm event details such as seating, dining, entertainment, timeline, and guest list • Collect sponsor assets (logos, taglines, etc.) for integration into promotional materials • Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and track expenditures • Report weekly on planning progress and budget status to the Director of Development and VP of Philanthropy • Participate in debriefs and improvement planning Required Skills and Qualifications
