Fundraising Events Planner, temporary/contract (with potential for renewal)

This role oversees all logistical, creative, and operational aspects of the event, working closely with school leadership, the Director of Advancement, volunteers, and vendors to deliver a high-quality, mission-aligned event that strengthens community engagement and meets fundraising goals. • Ensure all event elements align with the school’s mission, values, and community culture. • Manage additional end-of-year, one-time projects as needed to support smooth operations and community engagement. • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
