Our Marketing team is growing and we are looking for a Global Event Production & Field Marketing Lead. You will be responsible for leading major workstreams in the global delivery of Elevate. This is not a standard event role; Elevate is a high-profile, large-scale production that represents the company on a global stage. About The Role • Lead major workstreams in the global delivery of Elevate flagship productions, in partnership with other senior event leads • Define and implement a strategy that aligns the production experience with monday.com’s global business priorities • Lead external vendors, production agencies, and partners at scale • Drive agenda and programming in collaboration with senior internal stakeholders • Ensure operational excellence: budget control, contract negotiation, risk management, and execution under tight timelines In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies.
